Our story
Opulent Homes began with a straightforward frustration: the best properties in Zimbabwe were being marketed as though they were interchangeable. Photographs taken in poor light, a paragraph of specifications, and a phone number that rang out.
We started small and have stayed that way on purpose. Every property on our books has been walked, measured and photographed properly, and every one of us can tell you what the water situation is, which way the living room faces in July, and what the neighbours are like.
Most of our work still comes by referral, which is the only marketing metric we really watch.
How we work
Four things we do differently

We visit before we list
No property goes on the site until one of us has spent time in it. If we cannot answer a buyer's questions from memory, it is not ready to market.

We photograph for the light
Shoots are scheduled around the sun, not around convenience. It costs us a return trip and it is the single biggest reason properties get viewed.

We qualify quietly
Sellers of higher-value property do not want a parade through the house. We establish who is serious before a viewing is arranged.

We answer on WhatsApp
Every enquiry reaches a person, usually within the hour during business days. There is no form and no ticket number.
